Getting started with Clawne Me
The fastest path is a narrow Clawne you can test in the same session you create it.
What to decide before you start
You only need one thing before your first Clawne: a single sentence describing what you want it to help with.
Good examples:
- "Help me triage and draft replies to my inbox"
- "Help me do deep research on topics I am exploring"
- "Keep track of progress across my active projects"
- "Help me draft and review content for my side project"
Vague examples to avoid on a first Clawne:
- "Help me with everything"
- "Be my general assistant"
Broad Clawnes are harder to evaluate and harder to improve. Make it narrow first.

How to know if it is working
After five real prompts, you should be able to answer:
- Does the response stay in the lane you intended?
- Does the tone feel right for how you want to be helped?
- Are there obvious things it is getting wrong?
If yes, you have a working first Clawne. If not, the next page explains how to fix it.
